There's an extra dose of magic coming aboard the Disney Magic, when Disney Cruise Line vessel relaunches with new spaces, reimagined areas and exciting additions for the whole family. Guests will experience new adventures from stem to stern throughout their journey on the Cruise ship that set the standard for oceangoing majesty and family fun.

let me tell you, back in April/May 08, I went on the Disney Cruise ship" Magic," Wow and amazing. If you want to lose the kids for a few hours, no problem, so much to do for all age groups. My girlfriend went to the spa,her two kids all day long were having fun and learning something new at all the different kid clubs. Those nightly stage shows, fireworks at sea, the Guest service,the food,wonderful!!!!! The only concern I had, there was no food service between the hours of 3 a.m. and 5 a.m (for two hours, I had to starve)., haha....Dr Lee

The summer kicks off in Disney style with a 24-hour all nighter at Disneyland and Disney California Adventure parks from 6 a.m. May 24 to 6 a.m. May 25 as our favorite "scare students" Mike and Sulley drop in from the upcoming Disney*Pixar film, "Monsters University," to scare up some school spirit.
Guests at Disney California Adventure Park will find monstrously fun photo opportunities at the new "dorms" in Hollywood Land near the Hyperion Theater and a new "Monsters University" float leading the "Pixar Play Parade." The new 24-hour event will also take place at the same time in Magic Kingdom Park at the Walt Disney World Resort in Florida, with Mike and Sulley as grand marshals of the "Celebrate a Dream Come True" day parade.
The events on both coasts will feature characters in pajamas, dance party fun and photo opportunities. For Guests looking to bring home a tangible memory or get a taste of this Limited Time experience, specialty merchandise and food and beverage offerings will be available.
This event will be an amazing opportunity for our Guests to make even more memories with their family and friends, and for some, 24 consecutive hours worth.

It's a beneficial bug's life:
Guests staying at the Disneyland Resort Hotels got into the spirit of Earth Month by releasing hundreds of thousands of ladybugs into hotel flower beds at three separate events in April. Ladybugs help keep plants healthy and reduce the need for pesticide by eating destructive insects.
This is the third year the Resort District Programs team in partnership with Horticulture, conducted the ladybug release. About 75,000 ladybugs were released at each of the three events at the Disneyland Hotel and Disney's Grand Californian Hotel and Spa, for a total off approximately 225,000 ladybugs. Guests staying at all three hotels were invited.

The future is now at Innoventions:
With the opening of "Iron Man 3" in theatres May 3,2013,Guests and Cast Members have been getting their own personal preview as they virtually "suit up" in Iron Man armor at Innoventions` latest exhibit, Iron Man Tech Presented by Stark Industries, a new limited-time exhibit at Innoventions. in Tomorrowland.
The centerpiece of the exhibit is Tony Stark's Hall of Armor, featuring Iron Man suits Mark I-VII, as well as his latest creation, the Mark XLII suit from the new movie. Through simulation technology, Guests can virtually try on the suit and see if they have what it takes to be a superhero. Tony Stark's computer walks novice heroes through the augmented reality experience of Stark Industries simulation module and lets them see firsthand what it would be like to be Iron Man.
