UP EARLY ON SAT. TO GET AN START ON A LONG DAY.DRIVING TO D-LAND WAS EASY AND ONCE THERE,PARKING WAS A BREEZE.RIDING THE TRAM TO THE MAIN GATE WAS FUN WATCHING ALL THOSE HAPPY FACES. THE PARK WAS NOT THAT BUSY,FIRST STOP FOR ME WAS CLUB 33,TALKING TO ALL MY FORMER CAST MEMBERS. CLUB 33 HAS A NEW LOOK WHICH I LIKE,WALLPAPER,PAINT AND THE FLOOR WAS REFINISHED. AFTER THE CLUB,IT WAS OFF INTO THE PARK,HAUNTED MANSION,PIRATES,THEN OVER TO STAR TOURS AND BUZZ LIGHT YEAR.
WENT TO CAL. ADVENTURE AND ENJOYED TOWER OF TERROR,ENJOY WALKING DOWN HOLLYWOOD BLVD.
NOW IT WAS TIME TO HEAD HOME TO GET READY FOR THIS PARTY.ARRIVED AT 6P.M. AT MAY AND PAULS HOME,SETTING UP THE BAR WAS EASY,LOOKED AT PHOTOES OF LAST YEARS PARTY,ONE OF ME BARTENDING, EVERYONE STARTED ARRIVING AT 8P.M.
CORONA,VODKA AND CRAN,KALUHA AND CREAM WERE THE DRINKS OF CHOICE,APPROX. 85 PEOPLE WERE THERE,HAD 21,CRAPS,AND SOME GREAT DOOR PRIZES. PARTY WAS OVER AT MIDNIGHT AND WAS HOME BY 1A.M.
SUN MORNING TOOK MY MOM TO BREAKFAST AND OUT TO SEE MY DAD AT RVERSIDE NATIONAL CEMENTRY. AFTER THIS E-MAIL IT'S OFF TO D-LAND AND MR STOX FOR DINNER

AVIS RENT A CAR

FIRST I WANT TO THANK A GREAT FRIEND OF MY WHO WORKS AT AVIS,CHRIS. WE HAVE BEEN FRIENDS FOR MANY YEARS AND WHEN I NEED A CAR HE IS THERE.SO WITH THIS THOUGHT IN MIND,TODAY I PICKED UP AT CONCORD AVIS A FORD FUISON,KILLER RADIO,FAST AND NICE LOOKING.WILL RETURN ONE WEEK FROM TODAY.

Miss you at the Club!

Lee, I'm sorry man, but I really miss ya! Have you thought of coming out of retirement or working just part time? Hmm, part time sounds pretty good!

Been a while since i have posted any information here. Were do I begin. Lets see, oh yes,that poison ivy story. Approx. 4 weeks ago,yours truly came into poison ivy. And when I say it was every where on me,I am not kidding. Everywhere is a understatement. Red itchy,tomato red skin ,with big and small blisters. For about 2 weeks sleeping was not happening,waking up itchy and trying not to scatch,dam near impossible. You cannot imagine the discomfort. However much better now. Still have some healing going on,and sleeping now is great.

Just returned from a cruise on the disney Magic. Can you say WOW and WOW. If you ever get a chance to go on a cruise,go on a disney cruise. Not saying this because i retired from disney,but because they even maded me proud, a former cast member. Talk about disney service,at its best,from meals,room service,shows and shopping,WOW. The disney island was so amazing,enjoyed the kids side,however,went over to the adult side for a full body massage,felt great. Other island stops,St Marteen and St Thomas, nice and the shopping was great.

Looks as though they club has gotten a nice face-lift, so a visit is due to shoot more photos. We'll definitely have to hook up on your next visit down to OC! Maybe a quick trip to Bob's Big Boy in Burbank. We'll take the Rolls! LOL!

The club just isn't the same!

Well, I have to admit, the club just isn't the same without 'Doc' behind the proverbial oak plank. Dispensing drinks, shaken with wit, stirred with wisdom, followed by a shooter of satirical jest. We miss you!
Amongst the formal setting of pomp and structure the humorous fellow with the crooked bow tie was the perfect Yen to the club's Yang! Oh, I'm just joking about the tie, you always looked perfect:)

I received an e-mail from a former manager of Club 33, but he may have been there before you came on board. Wonderful chap, very polite and professional.
His Name is Roger Craig. He actually worked at the club when they first opened in 1967 and eventually made manager.
