A new set of commemorative stamps announced by the United States Postal Service will soon be available for your correspondence to reach its destination bearing the face of Buzz Lightyear. In addition, characters from the Disney/Pixar films "Toy Story," "Cars," "Ratatouille," "Up" and "Wall-E" will be among the entertainment figures honored on stamps that the Postal Service will begin selling this August.
