Disney celebrated 2009 as the inaugural year for D23- the official community for Disney fans. Membership has grown to tens of thousands with enthusiasts from more than 30 countries. In 2010, D23 is offering two tiers of membership, Gold and Silver, and a 10% discount for Cast Members.
D23 members in both the Gold and Silver tiers will receive a membership card, member certificate, opportunities to attend special D23 member events throughout the year, access to exclusive merchandise and collectibles and the 2010 gift of Disney Undiscovered: A 23-month Calendar of Disney's Unrealized Masterpieces. In addition, Gold members will receive a one-year subscription to Disney twenty-three, a quarterly publication that brings new insight into Disney's past, present and future.
Gold membership is $74.99 a year and Silver is $34.99 a year. Cast Members can receive 10% off their purchase or renewal of a Silver membership.
