Grizzly Peak to expand:

 Grizzly Peak Airfield is preparing for takeoff.


 The first phase of the expansion of Grizzly Peak into the former Condor Flats area in Disney California Adventure Park will be unveiled March 20, when the new Smokejumpers Grill opens. This quick-service dining location, which will be in the former Taste Pilots` grill location, takes inspiration from the brave men and women who fight wildfires in our California forests. In addition to a whole new look, the location will feature an updated menu with burgers and sandwiches.


 The Grizzly Peak expansion will also bring new building exteriors and landscape features, including pine trees that will bring more shade and make Guests feel like they've been transported to California High Sierras.


 When the rest of the area opens later this spring, Soarin` Over California will also reopen with updates to its screen and projection system, bringing a visually enhanced experience.
