In 1960, Partners Federal Cerdit Union began at the Disney Studio Lot in Burbank. In Anahiem, a modest backstage office at Disneyland had the makings of a financial companion that would one day be trusted by thousands of Disney cast members worldwide. Ten branches, 100,000 members and 50 years later, Partners Federal Credit Union is one of the first places cast members and their families go to buy houses, cars and plan for retirement. In 1968, Disneyland created another credit union by cast members. Originally called the DCR (Disneyland Recreational Club) Federal Credit Union, the credit union changed it's name in the 70's to Disneyland Employees Federal Credit Union and in the 80's to Partners Federal Credit Union. In November 2007, Vista and Partners merged to form the credit union that we know today.
