History and Heritage:

 Down the rabbit hole;

 On April 13,1984, the newly refurbished Alice in Wonderland reopened to the public with and additional 50 feet of track, making it the longest dark attraction at Disneyland. A manic Mad Hatter emceed the event and White Rabbit-running late as usual- cut the ribbon. The attraction takes Guests down the rabbit hole to follow Alice through the fanciful world of Wonderland. Along the way Guests encounter a talking doornob, a Hookah-smoking Caterpillar and a rather cranky Queen of Hearts. Keen-eyed Guests might spot a hidden Mickey made of splattered paint in the rose garden.
